SHIPPING FEES
  • ITALY: our Standard Delivery is free on all the national territory.
  • EUROPEAN UNION: For orders over € 150.00 shipping is always free. For orders below € 150.00 shipping in the European Union will be charged as € 15.90 (€ 13.09 + VAT).

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND LOCATIONS
  • ITALY: We ship free of charge throughout Italy within 3 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded) after order receipt.
  • EUROPEAN UNION: we also ship to the Republic of San Marino and to the Vatican State, as well as in all EU countries. Deliveries in European Union countries can take up to 15 days. The countries to which we ship our products are:

DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery of the products is done through couriers appointed by the Seller directly to the shipping address specified by the User when ordering. It is possible to request the delivery of the products to an address other than the User’s own, provided that such address is located in a European Union country, in the Republic of San Marino or in the Vatican State. Order are delivered between 9.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. (weekends and bank holidays excluded) and someone will be required to sign upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is present at the address given when ordering. In case of absence of the recipient at the time of the courier’s arrival, the latter will leave a notice with contact details to arrange a second delivery, according to the procedures followed by the courier.

In case of anomalies in the package upon delivery (such as, for example, signs of tampering and/or damages), please report them in the shipping document provided by the courier before signing and accepting the delivery. If you want to refuse the delivery, the anomalies must be reported to the Customer Service at the following address: ecommerce@johnbarritt.com (valid for all orders).

 

WAREHOUSING

In the absence of the recipient or in case of failed delivery the courier will leave a notice with contact details to arrange the second delivery, according to the procedures followed by the shipping company. If the parcel were to remain in storage for longer than the period of time stated in the rules followed by the courier, will be returned to the Seller and the User will be notified the cancellation of the order via email. Within 15 days of notification the User will be eligible for a refund equal to the total amount paid for the Products, net of expenses for the unsuccessful shipping (including the costs of returning the Products to the Seller). The refund will be credited on the same credit card used for payment of the order.

 

RETURNS

Please note that Users can cancel the contract for the Products without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 business days from the receipt of the Products by sending a written notice via registered letter with return receipt to Mavecon S.r.l., Via Esperanto n. 20, 37135 Verona (Italy), specifying the order number and the Products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return shipment is paid by the recipient (the User can choose a courier or the postal service, but we advise to select a shipping method that allows tracking). Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original box and with their packaging, complete with documents such as tags, labels, seals, etc. The Seller will reimburse the full amount already paid, minus the cost of shipping, by crediting the credit card used for the order.
